-
No. While we track your cycle, Kilova is primarily a lifestyle planning tool. We integrate your cycle into your calendar so you can plan activities, workouts, meals, and events around your natural energy patterns.
-
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your information to third parties, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
-
Yes. Even with irregular cycles, your hormone phases still follow the same pattern - it's usually just the timing that varies.
-
It depends on the type. Non-hormonal methods (condoms, copper IUDs) typically don't interfere with your natural cycle. Hormonal birth control (pills, patches, hormonal IUDs) can suppress your natural cycle fluctuations, making hormone-based planning less effective. However, if you still experience some patterns or want to track other wellness habits, Kilova can still be useful.
-
Kilova is free to use for as long as you like, with unlimited tasks and events. Every new account also gets 2 months of Premium free, no credit card required. After that, Premium costs $4.99 a month or $49 a year and unlocks phase routines, Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar sync and insights into how you plan in each phase.
-
The default cycle length is set to 28 days. As you continue using the app, the algorithm will gradually learn your cycle patterns and improve its predictions over time.
-
Yes. Kilova connects with Google Calendar and Outlook, and on iPhone also with Apple Calendar, so your phases, tasks and events show up alongside the rest of your schedule.
